1. භාජනයකට ස්ටෝබෙරි, ක්රැන්බෙරි, බ්ලුබෙරි සහ සීනි දමන්න.
   Put the Strawberries, Blueberries, Cranberries and Sugar into a bowl.
2. දෙහි පොතු ස්වල්පයක් කුඩු කර භාජනයකට දමන්න.
   Grate some lemon rind on top.
3. මිරිකා ගන්නා ලද දෙහි යොදන්න.
   Squeeze half a lime of juice.
4. හොඳින් මිශ්‍ර කරගන්න.
   Mix well.
5. පසු භාවිත ගැනීමට පසෙකින් තබන්න.
   Store for use later.
6. උකු ක්‍රීම් අළුත් භාජනයකට දමන්න.
   Pour Heavy Cream in a new bowl.
7. මිශ්‍ර කරගැනීමට යොදාගන්නා ඉලෙක්ට්‍රික් උපකරණයක් සහ බිත්තර ගැසීමට යොදාගන්නා උපකරණයක් ගෙන ක්‍රීම් මිශ්‍ර කරමින් භාජනයකට දමන්න. මේ සඳහා කාලය අවශ්ය වන බැවින් අපි ගෑරුප්පු භාවිතා කිරීම නිර්දේශ නොකරමු
   Use an electric mixer with a whisk attached or a plain whisk to stir the cream. We don’t recommend using a fork as this takes time.
8. සීනි සහ වැනිලා දමන්න.
   Add Sugar and Vanilla extract.
9. හොඳින් මෘදු වන තුරු එසේ කරන්න.
   Whisk until very soft peaks form.
10. පසුව ගැනීමට පසෙකින් තබන්න.
    Store for use later.
11. බිස්කට් ගෙන එක කුඩා කැබලිවලට කඩාගන්න.
    Take Biscuits and crumble into small flakes.
12. උස අතුරුපස වීදුරුවක් ගෙන එහි යට කොටස කැබලි කරගත් බිස්කට් වලින් පුරවන්න.
    Take a tall dessert glass and fill the base with the Biscuit flakes.
13. බේරී මිශ්‍රණයෙන් භාගනයක් පමණ එම බිස්කට් උඩට වක් කරන්න.
    Drizzle half the Berry mixture over the biscuit flakes.
14. ක්‍රීම් මිශ්‍රණය ලේයර් එකක් එම බේරී මිශ්‍රණය උඩින් දමන්නා.
    Add a layer of the Cream mixture on top of the berry mixture.
15. නැවත දෙවන වරටත් බේරී මිශ්‍රණය ක්‍රීම් ලේයර් එක උඩින් දමන්න.
    Add a second layer of the Berry mixture on top of the cream.
16. භාජනය පිරවෙන තෙක් දමන්න.
    Fill the Berry mixture to the top.
17. ඊට උඩින් අවසන් ක්‍රීම් ලේයර් එක දමන්න.
    Add a final layer of the Cream mixture on top of the Berry mixture.
18. බේරී සෝස් එක, බිස්කට් ෆ්ලෙක් සහ ස්ටෝබෙරි එක සමඟ පිළිගන්වන්න.
    Add the Berry sauce, Biscuit flakes and a Strawberry for decoration.
19. ඉක්මනින් පිළිගන්වන්න.
    Serve immediately.
